Tracking Order Policy

At Amigla, we want to ensure you have full visibility of your order from purchase to delivery. Here’s how our tracking system works:

  3. Delivery Delays:

    • While we aim to get your order to you on time, sometimes delays can occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.
    • If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information for updates.
    • If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you further.
  4. Missing or Incorrect Items:

    • If you receive the wrong items or if your order is incomplete, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package so we can resolve the issue quickly.
  5. Shipping Carrier:

    • We partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order. Depending on your location, we may use different carriers for national and international orders.
